How do you like to eat your grass-fed burger? There are so many different ways! It's almost like ordering a pizza! Some people like it dry with just a bun, others like the standard cheese, ketchup, mustard, and mayo.

It is easy to turn a burger into a lunch or dinner that is lower in carbs and incorporate some unusual foods into your plate. One great way to do this and get some probiotics is to have a sauerkraut burger. ( We recommend wherever possible to always use organic ingredients!)

To do this, you first pan fry or barbecue your grass fed burger patties

Then place each burger on a bed of shredded romaine lettuce, add some probiotic sauerkraut- we like this brand slice up an avocado, sprinkle some shredded cheese, and top with a tomato, or salsa if desired. This can be a creative way to sneak in extra veggies.
